FINE is run by Salisa a Thai born who has been living in France for over 16 years. She fully immersed herself in both French and Thai cultures. She has a deep appreciation for both languages and traditions.
Salisa initially comes from a background in hospitality management. She lived and worked in major cities such as Sydney, Paris and New York.
Her passion for wine was ignited when she moved to the Northern Rhône (where Syrah originated). She entered the world of wine by studying Sommelier-Conseil at the Université du Vin and WSET program in London. Salisa holds WSET Level 4 Diploma.

She had picked grapes, worked as a Wine Expert, Brand Ambassador and sits on several wine judging panels in France. Her wine studies and works have taken her to different wine regions (Italy, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, California, Oregon, Washington State and New Zealand) where she learned from top wine producers and wine professionals. Salisa has successfully integrated herself and built a strong network in the French wine industry. Her extensive wine knowledge combined with her industry expertise, give Salisa an access to the finest quality wines.
Salisa also masters the art of food and wine pairing. Being Asian, she has a deep understanding of the taste components, textures, sensations and flavours of Asian dishes. Combined with countless wines she has enjoyed over the course of her wine career, she can carefully select a wine to match with a dish, crafting a perfect harmony of flavours.
